Vintage Music Cabinet with Cabriole Legs
Wood vintage tall music cabinet that was originally designed to hold records but could instead be used as a makeup vanity, jewelry armoire, or cabinet for clothing or knickknacks. If I were to keep it, I would likely store scarves and purses/clutches in it. This lovely lady has been completely refinished from head to toe and side to side. First, she was painted in Fusion Mineral Paint Damask color, which is rapidly becoming one of my favorite colors!! It then had gold accents added to the edges. Floral design was added to the front and sparingly on top and then stenciled in gold throughout (top, sides, front and inside of door). Several coats of General Finishes Flat Out Flat were then added as a topcoat. The inside shelves were lined with a gold and cream damask wallpaper that looks like it was meant just for this piece!!. If I don't say so myself, this one really is a stunner. She also was a good reminder as to why I refinish furniture - it is exactly pieces like this that I LOVE doing!!
Dimensions are 20"w x 16"d (at the lip, about 14" for most of it) x 36"h without the mirror. The mirror adds another 7" in the back.
